Xbox Series X crashes LG TV when going into standby
Jan 10, 2025 · Hello, I'm having an issue where my LG TV (LED NANO) stops working when my series X goes into standby. Basically, finish playing on the Xbox, turn it off and the screen goes blank. The LG still has power but no display, can't bring up a menu or change source. Only way to solve is to unplug the TV and turn it back on.

May 19, 2021 · My Series X is almost silent, running Series X games or Xbox One games. If it sounds that loud either there is a hardware fault or the consoles' location is not ideal. While it's true that some games will make the system hotter, it should not sound like a hoover, even my high end gaming PC (self built) doesn't get that loud and it can reach 84C.

Jan 10, 2025 · I turned off my xbox series x after im done playing it. After turning it off i looked at the xbox app and says that my console is on standby mode even when the console is clearly off. I tried turning it off using the app remote control feature and turning the plug off after a few minutes of it being off and it didnt work.

Nov 17, 2020 · If you don't have any problems with your Series X I wouldn't worry about it. Just as a point of reference the Directv mini genie runs about 138F while in use and the Roku Ultra shows it is an incredible 172F most of the time.

Feb 3, 2024 · I am having intermittent ‘no signal’ errors using Xbox Series X at 120hz when changing from game to Home Screen (dashboard) on my LG OLED C3 tv. I don’t have any problems using my windows 11 PC connected to the same TV. HOWEVER I do seem to have found a cure by turning off ‘quick media switching’ in the TV external device, HDMI settings.
