When we have other necessary bills to pay monthly (rent/mortgage, electric, gas, food, health insurance, car payments, car insurance, etc.), it is far easier to pay a subscription for the year instead of worrying about it billing monthly.

They used to offer deals for "buying in bulk" but now it's just a novelty. Not worth the time or effort when you can just set up auto pay for the 1 month at home.
