Then while riding the Black winged Unicorn Disapro saying goodbye to Sky saying that she'll be looking on their next misson together purposefully making it worse for Sky and Bloom.

Depending on what dub you watched, Sky was either being hunted down by a dangerous organization or just wanted to experience normal life without the whole princey shit so he swaps identities with Brandon.
