May 1, 2021 · My touch screen is not responding to my fingers or my microsoft pen (however it still opens Microsoft Whiteboard when I click the top of the pen, so it's still connected to the computer). I have spend hours trying to fix this problem using advice from this forum, Microsoft troubleshooting pages and assorted other sources.

Sep 15, 2020 · Using a pen device to draw in MS Whiteboard causes the application to hang momentarily, the drawing stops rendering, then the screens goes black for about 3 seconds. When the screens come back on, no drawing is saved in Whiteboard, and the process repeats on subsequent draws.

It can only be used with Whiteboard if another user starts a Whiteboard through the Teams meeting (can't be accessed through the touchpad of the Teams Room device). The stylus will only function on Display 1, - it will not display on the Dell touch display (Display 2).

Aug 22, 2023 · These are the hardware setup details: 1x Logitech Rally Bar, 1x TAP IP, 1x Dell 75" 4k Interactive touch monitor, 1x Sony 4k TV. The dual screen setup works perfectly. However, we are facing an issue, when joining meetings with Whiteboard software through MTR, the screen swaps which makes the whiteboard unable to use the application.
