The newly constructed accessible boardwalk is welcoming to individuals with disabilities and others with limited mobility. Beach wheelchairs are available for use free of charge through the Carolina Beach Parks and Recreation Department. The Town is also working on the installation of an AccessDeck from the boardwalk.
