Hit gear can be divided up into two groups: Blackrock Spire loot and everything else. You can get up to 7% without going into LBRS or UBRS. Enough if you a weapon skill racial and/or hit from talents. Mask of the Unforgiven - Leather head. Easily farmable from Strat with a group by entering the undead side.

Feb 25, 2020 · I’m 2h, have 300wep skill, and 5% hit, yet I’ve noticed some of my white attacks missing in PvP. From my understanding, the melee hit cap has always been 5%, and that, for 2handers, this applies to both yellow and white hits.

Hit refers to physical damage that occurs as a result of an attack made with melee or ranged weapons. The base chance to miss with maximum weapon skill against an opponent of equal level is 5% for two handed and 24% for dual wield.
