Our team is a year-round competitive swim team offering high-quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor.

We are a year-round USA Swim Club Team, serving the greater Atlanta area in the world-class Freeman Aquatic Center at Greater Atlanta Christian School (GAC) led by World Championship Medalist Head Coach Karl Krug.

Spartans of La Canada is a USA Swimming certified competitive swim team offering age-specific training for swimmers of all levels and abilities, from athletes qualifying for Olympic Trials to those individuals learning how to float.

Head Coach Karl Krug has been around swimming for more than 20 years both as a swimmer and a coach in multiple capacities. While in high school, he was one of the first people to ever break the 20 second barrier in the 50 free and was an instrumental part in winning national high school championships and junior national championships.
