What are the Warming Center's Policies? Code Blue Alerts may be issued between October 15, 2024, and April 30, 2025. Last year, Davis County issued 23 Code Blue Alerts. Davis County is required to offer 16 beds during Code Blue Alerts. The Warming Center will operate from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM and only during Code Blue Alerts.
