A Pinpoint Weather Alert Day has been issued for Saturday as a cold front brings snowfall across much of Colorado.

One more frigid morning before temperatures improve The Mid-Ohio Valley will bottom out at nearly -10 degrees Wednesday morning.

Frigid arctic air will impact Southwest and Central Virginia through the middle of the week. Snow flurries are possible on Monday morning. Otherwise, partly to mostly sunny skies will be overhead for the day.

Saturday will be a Pinpoint Weather Alert Day as some snow could cause slick roads and difficult travel. Pinpoint Weather Meteorologist Alden German explains when the warmer weather will return.

Friday will start mild in the Denver weather forecast, but clouds will increase and snow showers will move in later in the day as the arctic air moves in for the weekend.
