Jalen Hurts felt little need to defend his pedestrian numbers in his first game in three weeks because of a concussion.

It was, in many ways, a quintessential Jalen Hurts performance. Detractors will say the Eagles beat the Packers in spite of the quarterback. Advocates will say he did enough to win and that is all that mattered.

Although the Eagles called 34 rushing plays compared to just 21 pass attempts, quarterback Jalen Hurts played his part as well. He was efficient through the air (13-for-21, 131 yards), distributing touchdown passes to wideout Jahan Dotson and tight end Dallas Goedert.
