Bitwise registered "Dogecoin ETF" as a statutory trust on Wednesday through Delaware's Department of State's Division of Corporations.

Crypto fund manager Bitwise Asset Management has officially filed for a Dogecoin (DOGE) exchange-traded fund (ETF) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The news broke after the company submitted its registration to the Delaware Department of State’s Division of Corporations on Jan.

Another company has shown interest in memecoin ETFs as Bitwise took the first step toward issuing a $DOGE ETF, registering a Bitwise Dogecoin ETF entity in Delaware Wednesday.
