Police say they've arrested two men and two teenage boys suspected in an early-morning crime spree across Minneapolis last week that included two shootings, two burglaries and a carjacking at gunpoint.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara says the crime spree involved six different incidents, including robberies, burglaries and a carjacking.

The victim of a random shooting is sending a message after police say they caught and cuffed the four people behind a violent crime spree. As Jason Rantala reports, that man and and his neighbors are now looking for answers.
