The city of North Augusta held a public hearing on whether to apply for a grant to improve the Palmetto Trailway Project.

Ari Schulman told CNN he witnessed a passenger airplane collide with an Army Black Hawk helicopter while driving on the George Washington Parkway on Wednesday night.
