Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner announced the conviction of a 42-year-old man who shot person in the head in a West Philly barbershop in June of 2021, leaving his victim blind.

It’s the second time in four years that the party decided not to back Krasner, although previous incumbents almost always won the nod.

A suspect accused of shooting a man in the head and robbing him in West Philadelphia has been convicted on attempted murder charges.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, a Democrat and self-proclaimed progressive prosecutor, announced this week that he is exploring the possibility of filing state charges against Jan. 6 defendants who were pardoned by President Donald Trump.

"My office is a law enforcement entity. We are going to follow the Constitution and uphold the law," Krasner said as Trump officials threatened consequences for uncooperative local officials.

Krasner is one of many district attorneys in the U.S. who are backed by billionaire activist George Soros. He funds their campaigns, and once elected, they do his bidding. This is not to say that Krasner actually requires much prodding. He’s all about prosecuting patriots and going easy on actual criminals.
