Ronald Scott Stoker, 52, of Ardmore, was found deceased around daybreak on New Year’s Day by Oklahoma troopers in the Washita River north of Newberry Creek, according to Cpt. Scott Hampton.
Ronald Scott Stoker, 52, drowned about 5 p.m. after falling out of a boat while tending to jug lines, the OHP stated. A personal floatation device was not in use, the OHP reported.
