Jaden Hardy came off the bench to score a season-high 25 points and the Dallas Mavericks closed with an 18-2 run to rally for a 117-111 victory over the visiting Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA on Thursday night.

Life without star guard Luka Doncic likely would be a lot harder for the Dallas Mavericks if it weren't for Quentin Grimes. Grimes has stepped up over the past seven games with Doncic sidelined by a left calf strain.
