BOSTON — Charlie Coyle scored a pair of third-period goals, stealing the spotlight from fellow Boston University product Macklin Celebrini in his first game back at the TD Garden as an NHLer and leading the Bruins to a 6-3 victory over San Jose on Monday.

David Pastrnak led the Boston Bruins in scoring last week and was rewarded for his efforts. The NHL announced the star forward was named the Third Star of the Week. Pastrnak had two goals and four assists during the week of Jan. 13-19.

Nashville Predators winger Filip Forsberg was named the NHL's Second Star of the Week for the week ending Jan. 19 after leading the league with seven points (4 goals, 3 assists) to lift Nashville to a perfect week.

He also coached the Washington Capitals, compiling an overall NHL record of 126-263 with 73 ties in parts of eight seasons from 1975-92.
