Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs underwent surgery on his left knee Thursday, two people with knowledge of the procedure told The Dallas Morning News. It’s the second consecutive year Diggs has undergone surgery. He had the ACL repaired on the same knee during the 2023 season. This surgery is more complex.
