Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is considering raising prices in response to higher tariffs it expects to be imposed by President-elect Donald Trump’s administration.

Trump has proposed a universal 10% to 20% tariff on imports from all foreign countries and an additional 60% to 100% tariff on imports specifically from China. Retailers that depend on foreign suppliers are preparing to hike prices and pass along the cost of Trump’s proposed import tariffs to consumers.
