Moove, a global player in mobility with a vision to build the largest rideshare fleet and best-in-class technologies powering mobility platforms, has announced the acquisition of Kovi, an urban mobility provider headquartered in São Paulo.

As part of its long-term strategy to meet growing demand, Moove has 36,000 vehicles in its global fleet and intends to order at least 15,000 vehicles annually.
