Hi Michael! I am sorry, but I cannot answer the question of opening times during holidays, you might want to ask your hotel about it. The zoo is normally open from Monday to Sunday 8 am to 6 pm. There are no restaurants as such inside the zoo, only some food stands. I went on a very rainy day and the stands were closed. I would recommend to buy food and drink in advance and eat it there if you have the stomach to do so. There are benches all around the zoo. I spent over one hour and saw most of the zoo, but I did not spend much time in each cage. It is interesting to see the local species but it is very sad and dirty. The conditions are very poor and the smells are bad.

I dont remember, but anyway if there were they have not been presented so they were memorable, other animals took more attention.
