Where can I find information about opening times for Waltham Windmill. I see someone else has asked but can't find a definitive answer. I was a pupil at the Leas Primary School in the village when both the windmill and the school badge had four blades. I am currently on holiday in Nottinghamshire and I would really like to visit the mill but can't see when it will be open.

The mill itself normally only opens on event days, but the surrounding shops open from Easter, and the restaurant is open all year. If you search for Waltham Windmill on Facebook they have their own page so should be able to give you the times the mill is open.
Is the person who swore a lot and was rude still the chairman of the committee? No one from the windmill answered anything about that particular complaint, and in amongst all the positive reports, it would be useful to know whether this issue has been resolved, as I wouldn't want my aging parents or grandchildren to have to witness anything like this. I think the windmill and the shops and facilities are lovely by the way. I would not like a visit to be spoiled by the behaviour described.

Good evening, Thank you for using Trip advisor today to send us a question and we do not want you to turn up and find site closed which would, we know disappoint our visitors,especially if you travelled especially to come to see us. Waltham Windmill is currently closed, and will re open for our new season on Good Friday, which in 2015 is Fri 3rd April. Monday is also the day the shops are closed on site but the play area is available. The miniature railway will also re start at Easter. We aim to do our best to give the most up to date information we can.
