You can see it directly from the road, but they prevent you from stopping in your car to take a 30-second look at it which is probably not worth your time compared to everything else in the park. Full review by IvanBorisK

Went there, hiked, couldn't see anything remotely elephant like. This is a mediocre park but if you do pay to come here there are far better formations. Full review by Pat C
