It is across from the Sheraton on Poipu Beach. If you go in the back entrance, there is a parking area. I don't remember seeing signs about the gardens from the back area, but there is possibly a sign that says Plantation Gardens Parking. Moir Gardens will be on the left as you walk in and Plantation Gardens orchids are on the right. You can see them any time of the day. There is no special time. it will probably take you about 30 minutes to walk through unless you are like me and have to photograph all the orchids.
